The Lodge will comfortably accommodate 16 overnight guests. There are five (5) bedrooms and a bunk bed room with three (3) bunks.
Yes, Pointe View has a 3-night minimum. However, this minimum may change due to the time of year, holidays or special events.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Pointe View Lodge is on Central Standard Time.
The minimum age to rent the Lodge is 25.
All reservations are subject to a $150 Service Fee and 14.5% Sales Tax & Hotel/Motel Tax.
The Lodge is located on 22 acres with a private gated entrance.
Most all amenities needed are provided with the exception of food. Guests may want to bring additional items such as shampoo, hand soap and beach towels (for hot tub). Hair dryers are provided.
No, pets are not allowed.
There is a gas fireplace inside the Lodge. The Pavilion has a gas grill, electric smoker and gas fire pit. There is firewood available for the wood fire pit.
Pointe View Lodge is located on a plateau with steep cliffs on the property. For your safety, a signed Waiver of Liability is required. The Lodge is a beautiful property and professionally decorated. All reservations require authorization to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear that occur during your stay up to $1,000. Damage amounts above this amount may include additional actions.
The closest grocery store is located on Highway 154. There are larger local stores in both Jamestown and Oneida, Tennessee. For an additional fee, we will arrangements for delivery of food items to the Lodge prior to your arrival.
